What is it all about? This is the ONLY form of search engine marketing that gets you results almost instantly! This is because to appear in the coveted top 3 results, one needs to pay Google on a per-click basis. This is why we also refer to this section as the Sponsored or PPC (Pay-Per-Click) results.

Who is this for? This is ideal for businesses that want to maximize their exposure and get as many clicks as possible for their targeted keywords and audience. The other 2 forms of SEO (Local and Organic) do not offer any form of guarantee that your business will show up at a specific position. In fact, rankings often fluctuate so you might be on the first page one day, and on the 2nd page the next day.

Organic SEO

The advantage of organic results is that you will often rank nationwide or worldwide for keywords that relate to your business. Example: if you are a nutritionist and want to market a new fruitarian diet you’ve created, then you could rank worldwide for keywords related to fruitarian diets, getting you exposure from people all over the world. This type of SEO can get you a lot of traffic but the downside is that it can take a very long time to rank organically.

Who is this for? This is ideal for businesses that want to sell a product or service online. This is also ideal for those that want to collect web leads from all over Canada, North America or Worldwide. Examples: investing firms, software developers, online shops that sell nationwide or worldwide, etc…

Who is this NOT for? This is not for those on a short budget or those in a hurry to get new customers. Organic SEO takes at least a year to start seeing some results. It also costs more as it involves constantly creating content, being active on social media and acquiring quality links from relevant websites.
