The creative process of designing your logo works like this:

1. First, we will set you up with our senior logo designer who will discuss every aspect of the project in-depth with you so we can best understand you, your company, and what you are envisioning for your logo. This first step gives us the initial framework for your logo design so that we can best bring your vision and logo to life through the rest of the creative process.

2. We will then start putting together a design plan for your logo, covering everything from imagery, colours, desired look and feel, etc. We make sure to cover all of the bases in assembling a comprehensive design plan with you for your logo creation to ensure our design team has everything they need and understands your vision acutely, so we can create the very best logo designs for you that capture exactly what you are looking for.

3. Next, our logo design team gets to work on creating your design comps (initial design concepts) for you to review. These design comps will be delivered to you online through our 'TeamWork' platform within a PDF booklet and will include a minimum of 3 unique logo designs for you and your team to review.

4. Once you have taken your time to review the logo design comps, our lead designer will sit down with you via phone and/or email to discuss which comp(s) you like and work with you on the next step in the process. If we hit it out of the park on the first set of comps and you would like to finalize a selection as is, that is fantastic! If so, we will next work on finalizing your selection with you.

5. If you would like any revisions to tweak or change a design, that is totally fine also of course! Rome wasn't built in a day and we understand that... Little Dragon Media is committed to ensuring we get the design just right! This is proven by our company policy of offering up to 3 rounds of revisions to ensure we get the design dialed in perfectly and deliver to you a perfect logo design that fits you and your brand.

6. Once we refine your logo and get everything just right, we will submit the design to you for final approval. Once approved, we will finalize the design and deliver your new kickass logo to you in a variety of formats, colours, and resolutions, so you can start unveiling your logo to the world for all to see!

Definitely! Your ideas, suggestions and input are vital to the process as we are designing this logo together throughout the creative process. This is your logo, not ours and we totally understand that and encourage you to participate in the creative process with us.

We encourage you to add as much input during the design process as you would like... whether you have seen designs you like and would like to submit as references, have rough drawings of ideas you have, ideas you would like to discuss, have specific colour swatches you would like to incorporate, competitor logos, etc. Anything and everything you would like to include during this process is welcomed, as it will all go a long way to ensure your logo design is pin-point perfect and captures everything you are looking for.

Once you have approved your final logo design, our design team will output the final logo files and send them over to you via email, our 'TeamWork' platform, or via DropBox. *note* we can arrange the files to be delivered via a wide range of means digitally that best fits your needs and works best for you. Regarding file formats (file types) you will receive a final package of files containing: EPS (the editable vector-based design file), JPG, PDF, and PNG.

Additionally, if you need or would like any other specific formats outputted we can happily get any formats desired outputted and included in your final package free of charge.

Absolutely, 100%! Once the project has been finalized and your invoice has been paid for our services you will own the complete copyrights for your new logo.
