Since our company's previous business insurance policy expired, I decided to look into other options for business insurance in Canada to see if I could find a better policy. After doing some research and comparing Zensurance with other providers, I decided to sign up for business insurance for my company, Little Dragon Media, through Zensurance. In this post, I’ll walk you through my experience and whether or not I think it’s worth considering for your business.

My experience signing up for business insurance online with Zensurance was smooth overall. If you’re looking for an online-first way to compare business insurance options in Canada, I do think it’s worth considering.
What stood out most to me was the user-friendly interface, the quality of the overall digital workflow, and the fact that the quote process felt much more tailored than some of the generic insurance forms I’ve seen elsewhere. I also liked that the pricing I received seemed competitive relative to other quotes I had seen in the past, though of course your own result can vary quite a bit depending on your business type and coverage needs.
